Sales Support Administrator required by well established and successful manufacturing company, based in Somerset. The Successful Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for raising and processing orders through to dispatch.
Main Duties: Sales Support Administrator
- Responding to enquiries and raising quotations.
- Processing customer orders and inputting these on the system.
- Responding to customer questions and queries.
- Expediting of orders when required.
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery dates
- Maintaining up to dates records
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Sales Support Administrator
- A background within a similar role, ideally gained within a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised with ability to manage changing priorities.
- A proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative.
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
