Warranty Administrator required by prestigious client, based in Cirencester. The successful candidate will support with the processing of warranty claims across the business.

Main Duties:

  • Processing warranty claims promptly and efficiently.
  • Validation of claims when required.
  • Ensuring that damaged parts are returned to the vendor.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining business relationships.

The ideal candidature will be able to demonstrate the following
