Here, our focus is on doing things beautifully, so as a Warehouse Operative we expect hard work and commitment. Please note that we have both Day and Night shift available, on a 4 on 4 off rotation meaning you will work the occasional weekend.
Our Day shift operates 6am-6pm and our Night shift is 6pm-6am.
On an average shift, you could be:
Working as part of a team to pack pre-selected items from our ‘Gifts’ range
Labelling bottles of wine with care and accuracy
Processing and checking returns as required
Assisting with the Reclaim and Recycling team ensure that our warehouse is at its best
Preparing the picker Trolleys and quality checking the orders

Our perfect Warehouse Operative is self-motivated, team player with good organisational skills, whilst also paying high attention to detail to ensure accuracy. This role as a Warehouse Operative allows you to become multiskilled across multiple areas of the business which in turn, means that each day is different!
Previous warehouse, factory, production, logistics or FLT experience is beneficial; however, not necessary as we are a leading warehouse and will provide you with full training to ensure you are truly ready, before working alone.
Once you join our team and settle in, you will have lots opportunity for progression within the warehouse and into Team Leadership and Management. It could be the perfect opportunity for you to start a career of your own.
