Profile – Training & Change Analyst (IT)

Our client is a leading figurehead in the UK food sector, with an unparalleled pedigree dating back to the early 18th century. They are currently seeking an Training and Change Analysts to be part of the Training Team

Job Role – Training & Change Analyst (IT)

Responsible for the identification of training and change management requirements appropriate to the needs of the individual or Group for both projects and business as usual.

Duties – Training & Change Analyst (IT)

• Work with IT Training Manager, stakeholders/project manager to understand and document their training and business change requirements and agree a training & change strategy in line with the business, budgets and resource availability
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders at all levels
• Act as an advocate for the end user in order to facilitate the smooth embedding of IT change into the relevant business areas
• Strong focus on customer service and provide an agreed level of service to the business and external customers
• Support appropriate materials development with the project teams to ensure that the end user materials are standard and suitable for project end user training and BAU post project go live
• Support and provide training to Superusers to enable them to use the training tools and deliver end user training both as part of a project and for business as usual
• Provide Train the trainer training and support
• Deliver consistent, accurate and timely information on training progress for both internal and external reporting requirements
• Measure customer service delivery via evaluation feedback and report back to the project
• Improve customer service quality and relationships
• Facilitate and support superusers in the management and delivery of training
• Ensure that the environment, kit, training medium, and subject is in line with the needs of the end users
• Deliver training using the appropriate tools ie: Test Systems, Training Clients, Knowledge Centre etc
• Ensure that you have a good understanding of each business area you are delivering training for to ensure training is credible and fit for purpose

Experience/Qualifications – Training & Change Analyst (IT)

• Knowledge of the full training cycle and gained experience in all of the different phases from assessment to evaluation in project implementation
• Extensive experience in facilitating and embedding change into a business context
• Knowledge of training design
• Experience of SAP

Candidates who are currently a Learning and Development Analyst, Change Management Specialist, Organisational Development Analyst, Training Coordinator, Learning Solutions Analyst, Change Implementation Analyst, Instructional Design Analyst, Training and Change Management Consultant and Training & Change Manager could be suitable for this position.
