Job Title: Temporary HR & Recruitment Officer

Contract Type: Temporary

Client: Global multi-site leader in FMCG

£24 - £28k target band, applications are taken on experience as this is an immediate hire

We have an immediate temporary requirement,  which could also be a temp to perm requirement,  for a Temporary HR & recruitment support officer.

Location: Skelmersdale

You will provide high-level Administration and generalist advisory and recruitment support to onsite line managers working,  within a growing HR team.

Onsite ideally no home working, 40-hour week Monday to Friday

Start date asap!

provides KPI data for the business as required, as well as supporting with data for internal & customer audits.

To support assessment centres for a new site build and mass volume recruitment shop floor to leadership

Administer HR assessments,  marking assessments,  RTW info etc general HR admin support duties also.

Able to advise & direct the teams to the relevant, most up-to-date policies & procedures when required.

•Administer HR-related documentation, such as changes to T & C’s, AWOL letters & probationary reviews

•Collating KPIs for reporting purposes

•Updating and maintaining the HR Information System including generating clocking cards & assigning access

•Checking all information entered by the candidate & correct from the recruitment system

•Provide data required for customer audits.

•Complete internal audits within HRIS & payroll systems when required.

•Sending out relevant documentation to all employees when required

Requirements and Experience - Temporary HR & Recruitment Officer

•Previous HR experience within a fast-paced environment preferred

• Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills - essential

•HR database skills required

•Excellent attention to detail & accuracy

•Enthusiastic approach to whatever comes their way

•Hardworking & reliable
