Technical Customer Service

Role: Technical Customer Service

Location: Cirencester

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE + Excellent Benefits

Main Duties:

• The link between the customer, application engineering and logistics
• Handling quotations, complaints and questions via telephone or email
• To provide timely feedback to customers on applications
• Processing and follow-up of orders to ensure that these are delivered correctly and on time
• Internal coordination as well as working closely together with production units within the Rexnord group
• Managing customer data for a specific group of customers

Skills and Background:

• Technical academic background or equivalent through experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of basic engineering design principles, general machine shop practice and technical applications.
• Able to read technical drawings
• Customer service mindset and comfortable in an international work environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
• Accurate, structured work method with a constant clear overview
• Eagerness to learn more and develop yourself
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and able to communicate technical information in an easy to understand manner
