An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to support our clients Customer Service and Stock Availability teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and administration of all our clients new, existing and de-listed products.

You will ensure that successful launches and changes are achieved in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.


Supply Chain Data Administrator Duties:

  • Attend project and internal meetings/calls, providing support to the project process as required
  • Investigate and manage key timelines and critical dates ensuring that the business is aware of the critical path
  • Creation of new product codes (CSNs) by raising Notes
  • Communicate new product launches and existing product switch overs to key stakeholders
  • Maintain project management trackers
  • Assist Brand Marketing teams to chase product codes through to "Production Ready" to ensure successful launch
  • To act as initial point of contact for all product queries.
  • Control housekeeping on discontinued lines
  • Data entry


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration/co-ordination
  • High level of numeracy and an ability to organise work in a logical way
  • Strong communication skills, and an ability to build strong working relationships
  • MS Office skills with a strong level of Excel, as well as experience of SAP (or similar stock control/order processing systems)
