Supply Chain Coordinator

Contract

Supply Chain Coordinator required by industry leading company, based in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with purchasing of materials and service to fulfil the needs of the business.

Main Duties:

  • Liaising with suppliers, to chase up quotations order acknowledgements and deliveries.
  • Managing supplier returns.
  • Carrying out stock takes and running reports.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure the production schedule is met.
  • Continuous improvement of the supply chain process.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A background in administration, ideally gained in a purchasing environment.
  • Previous experience using MRP/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communications skills, able to relate to people at all levels.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise own workload.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast pace environment and under pressure.
