Position: Sales Planner

Location: Worcestershire

Job Type: Permanent

Working for a company who are renowned for providing high quality and innovative engineering products within the mining, construction, recycling, and agricultural machinery industries.

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role you will be responsible for processing customer orders and schedules onto the system. You will be cooperating with other departments to maker sure everything is running smoothly within current schedules, orders and sales. Other responsibilities include:

  • Confirming manufacturing and dispatch dates internally and communicating delivery dates to customers.

  • Keeping customers KPI’s up-to-date and generating reports.

  • Updating consignment stock lists and calculating re-order levels

  • Managing system pricing.

Experience or Qualifications –

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Strong MS Excel skills

  • Ability to use SAGE200 job relevant modules (desirable)

  • A basic understanding of ISO9001:2015 and job relevant processes

Candidates who currently are a Sales Planner, Sales Administrator, Planning Administrator, Office Administrator would be suitable for this position.
