Role: Sales Order Specialist
Employment: 6 Month Contract
Rate: Circa £25,000 - £27,000 Pro Rata
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturing business who are currently on an upward trend.
You will take responsibility for processing customer orders, handling order entry and shipment scheduling.
Process Intercompany Credit / Debit
Coordinate orders and shipments between Manufacturing and customers.
Handling activities such as credit and collections, sales, shipping and purchasing
Track and report to customer and sales staff production schedule.
Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the SAP database.
Experience & Exposures:
Technology or Manufacturing environment
Production Planning exposure
Excellent communications skills
