The REACH Specialist shall address regulatory compliance matters pertaining to chemical import/use on sites across Europe.

Duties:

-Assist the REACH team in communicating and informing the organization with the
requirements for the movement of chemicals into the EUR & SCA GeoMarkets.
-Assist in the development of REACH registrations processes and procedures that address the
movement of chemicals intra and internationally.
-Assist in the development and provide training for the organization on such processes and the
internal and external requirements for the movement of chemicals
-Advises on REACH compliance through direct communication with operations, clients, chemical suppliers and government agencies.
-Responsible for assessing REACH requirements in the EEA and monitors regulatory changes in
REACH
-Advises Management and Development on environmental matters and testing requirements.
-Maintains contacts with consultants on REACH related matters and environmental testing.
-Participates in trade, government, client, and other REACH relevant activities

Skills/Experience

− Experience related to Chemical portfolio
− Bachler’s Degree (or equivalent) in environmental science, or chemical/environmental
engineering is preferred
