Quality Technician

Position: Quality Technician

Location: Pershore, Worcestershire

Job Type: Permanent

Working for a company who are renowned for providing high quality and innovative engineering products within the mining, construction, recycling, and agricultural machinery industries.

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role you will be a key part of the Quality Assurance team to make sure product and process quality is of its highest standards within the manufacturing facility. Other responsibilities include:

• Performing Production process audits to identify process conformity and training requirements

• Goods in and pre-despatch inspection

• Support manufacturing in root cause analysis and prevention of defect recurrence

• Performing effective containment activities following documented processes

Experience or Qualifications –

• Understanding of Quality Management Systems with experience of operating to ISO9001 standards

• Mechanical or Manufacturing experience

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions

• MS Office proficiency including MS Excel

• Internal Auditing experience (advantageous)

Candidates who currently are a Quality Technician or Quality Inspector or CMM Inspector or QMS Technician may be suitable for this position.
