Purchasing and Sales Coordinator
Purchasing and Sales Coordinator required by industry leading company to work at their Bolton site. This is a varied role which includes sales order processing, purchasing of components and consumables through to dispatch.
- Generation of sales orders and liaising with customers and the Sales team over specifications and lead times.
- Liaise with manufacturing, sales teams and customers over delivery schedules.
- Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating terms
- Raising purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
- Expediting overdue orders, to ensure the supply of parts for production.
- Raising export paperwork
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A background within a similar role, ideally gained within a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.
- Experience of sales order processing.
- A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
