PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Role: Production Technician

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Shift: 4 on 4 off 

Shift: Days and Nights required

Background:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an innovative employer in the Forest of Dean who develop innovative manufacturing and production techniques in the production of extruded materials.

You will be joing a team in state of the art facilities with a management team who want to invesxt in thier people and the career development.

Duties:

• Assist in production of quality extruded products 
• Assist priduction setting and operating
• assist in start up and shut down of operations
• Use forklift and manual handling techniques for finished products
• Work as part of a team in wider activities
• Monitor product quality 
• Packaging finished goods ready for dispatch 
• Operating waste goods machinery

Background:

Forklift Licence (Preferable)

Education including science or technology subjects
