Parts & Sales Advisor

£22,000 - £27,000  

My client who manufactures top class machines within the ground maintenance and turf care industry.

Key Responsibilities – Parts & Sales Advisor

 

  • Process parts sales orders
  • Deal with enquiries and sales orders from our new direct-to-consumer website 
  • Working with the Parts & Service Specialist & After Sales & Parts Supervisor help introduce a customer focused on-line parts portal.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure customer queries, issues and orders are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Provide support to customers through signposting to relevant information and guidance
  • Be forward thinking in maximising sales opportunities 
  • Processing spare parts orders

 

Qualifications & Experience – Parts & Sales Advisor

  • Previous experience working within a spare parts or service environment.
  • A strong team ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • A can do, problem solving approach with a clear understanding of delivering long lasting improvements
