Role: Receptionist (Permanent Part time)

Salary: £10 - £12 per hour plus bonus

Hours: 23.75

Start: Immediate 

 

A Receptionist is required by a national fleet management company which will be based in Chippenham.

 

Main Duties:

-       Answer all calls in a timely manner, screening and forwarding, as applicable

-       Greet all employees, clients and visitors, ensuring the correct booking in procedures are followed

-       Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection policies

-       Assist in department projects & general administrative duties that can be performed without impacting call flow

-       Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

 

Relevant Work Experience:

-       Previous experience in a similar role, dealing with a high volume of calls

-       Administrative experience preferred

-       Switchboard experience in a high-volume call centre or customer service environment preferred

 

Skills Required

-       A good general level of education; High school diploma or equivalent

-       IT literate and proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products, i.e., Word, Excel & Outlook.

-       Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization

-       Ability to effectively handle high call volumes

-       Displays professionalism and remains composed when faced with challenges

-       Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team setting.

-       Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels

-       Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

-       Ability to express information and ideas in a clear and organized manner

-       Gathers, clarifies, and applies information to provide timely and effective responses to the needs of both internal and external customers

-       Works independently or with others within own area or department to achieve team goals

-       Offers support to other team members; follows through on commitments
