My client is a leading manufacturer of patient care and handling equipment, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to be based at its manufacturing facility in Gloucestershire. The company’s ethos is to improve the lives of disabled people and elderly people needing care, in a manner that promotes independence, dignity and well-being, taking daily care beyond routine. They are looking to recruit a driven Sales Manager to sell a new product into the Dealer, Distributer and Online Digital Seller Market.

You will be required to have overall responsibility for managing and growing sales within the UK of this product to 300+ Dealers, Distributers and Online Digital Sellers. The product is a cost effective ‘bath in a box’ where the customers can organise the installation and service within their local customer base.

Key Duties:

  • Seeking out and finding new customers within the UK  by contacting Dealer, Distributer and Online Digital Seller Market.
  • Building new relationships with Dealers and other 3rd party suppliers and maintaining and growing existing relationships within our current dealer network 
  • Have the flexibility, ability and product knowledge to be able to advise on a wide range of equipment covering a variety of physical needs
  • Conducting site visits as appropriate
  • Diary self-management, making daily and weekly appointments
  • Producing regular Management Information as requested by the Sales Director or other members of the Senior Management Team.
  • The person in post will be expected to find solutions for our customer and clients and be able to specify the correct product that suits the clients’ long term and short needs  

Skills required

•             Experience selling within the B to B environment

•             Professional skilled sales approach within all areas

•             Problem solving 

•             Ability to forward plan

•             Exception organisational skills and record keeping

•             The ability not only to find new business but to turn those opportunity in orders

•             To take ownership of the complete sales process

•             Clean driving licence
