Rate: £300 to £400/day (within IR35)
-360-degree brand owner, responsible for taking the brand on the next critical steps to success.
-Full direct responsibility for the in-year P&L & market performance to ensure we hit our ‘winning plan’ targets.
-Work closely with commercial teams to develop & execute competitive plans, represent the brand externally, influence ranging decisions and improve the quality of in-store execution.
-Work with the Senior Innovation Manager to establish the longer-term NPD pipeline for your portfolio.
-Set direction for and deliver through a wider cross-functional team spanning R&D, Category and Commercial.
-Lead key management reviews in the business cycle for your brands, including monthly performance reviews, quarterly strategic reviews and annual business planning.
-Able to identify key insights and action plans from a complex array of data.
-Work closely with the Brand Director to define the media and communications strategy for the brand
-Manage two direct reports supporting you in delivering growth; coach and support their project delivery and broader development
Experience and Qualifications
-Experience working in FMCG organisation
-Demonstratable experience of strategic planning/thinking
-Strong commercial acumen
-Excellent communication Skills
