Reference IT Project Manager

Omega is recruiting a IT Project Manager for a fantastic international client with truly challenging projects, in Portugal, Lisbon. 

Position: IT Project Manager


Experience: at least 10 year of relevant experience (preferably) 


Responsibilities : 

  • Be responsible for delivery enhancement of project documentation, such as Requirement Statement Sheet, General Functional Requirement Document, and Detailed Functional Requirement Document, Project Card etc;

  • Collaborate with developers, Business units and subject matter experts to establish the functional & technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs; identify upfront dependencies with other teams potentially involved within the project;

  • Elaborate and execute the change management plan with the users of the

  • solutions. Perform testing to verify solution and coordinate UAT with end users;

  • Elaborate and follow up the project roadmap and costs (estimation vs budget).

Key skills:

  • At least 5 to 8 years as a Project Manager (and IT Business Analyst);

  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills;

  • Strong Financial Accounting and Management control skills;

  • Knowledge on Wealth Management specific KPI could be an advantage;

  • Open minded on new analytical and reporting tools;

  • Ability to work independently and with other people in an internationalcontext.


  • Fluency in English is mandatory;

  • Fluency in French is a nice to have.
