HR Advisor required by industry leading company based near Stroud. The successful candidate will provide HR support and guidance to the business on matters including recruitment, on boarding and employee relations.
- Leading the recruitment process.
- Advertising roles and reviewing applications.
- Arranging interviews.
- Managing company inductions.
- Supporting managers with employee relations meetings.
- Implementing absence management processes.
- Supporting with appraisals and training.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an HR role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach
