Our client supply bespoke equipment and solutions to manufacturers operating in a wide range of industries. They are currently looking to expand their business development function and are looking to recruit and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to their team based in Gloucester. The successful Graduate Sales Executive will have the opportunity to work with an array of exciting customers whilst providing them with bespoke, cutting edge solutions. Tasked with contacting new and existing customers, the Graduate Sales Executive will be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.


Key Responsibilities of Graduate Sales Executive

  • Creation of leads from a range of sales activities, predominantly but not limited to calls and emails.

  • Cold Calling of potential clients to establish leads

  • Building rapport with current and potential clients

  • Introducing the business goods and services to clients, explaining the core capabilities, obtaining relevant contact information

  • Current and new client research to understand potential requirements and create leads

  • Detailing new and current customers on specific campaigns

  • Utilisation of marketing activity response (newsletters, exhibitions, website lead).

  • Use of CRM system ensuring thorough data entry


Skills and abilities

  • Confident Telephone Manner - Ability to liaise with a range of customers

  • IT Competency (CRM, MS Office 365).

  • Business Acumen

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-driven with ability to work on own initiative.

  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
