Pay rate: £9.92 per hour ( this equates to £19351 per annum)

Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday

Type of work: contract 4- 5 months

Start: MOnday 14th June 2021

We are now seeking to recruit 2 fixed term Administrators to support Customer Operations Fleet Administration Team. The appropriate candidate would be responsible for supporting customers and suppliers, ensuring that their experience with the business is efficient, timely and professional in line with agreed service level agreements.


  • You will be supporting the Customer Operations team with administration duties, this team operates in 3 areas i.e. customer service centre, fleet administration, maintenance and event management.
  • Handling high volume V5C administration (approx. 500 daily).
  • Accurately inputting, auditing and quality checking data, both internal and supplier
  • Providing a first-rate customer service and ensuring the work you produce meets the quality standards in line with business requirements.
  • Ensuring that customer requirements are understood and communicated
  • Supporting customer KPI’s
  • Active participation in team meetings and continuous improvement.
  • Ad hoc duties as required

  • Computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
