Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a field based Engineer to join a global engineering firm in one of their more specialist divisions - Calibration and Weighing Systems.

You will be based in the area around the South East of England (Kent, Sussex etc.) with a core client base in this region. There may be occasional UK wide travel to support on larger projects.

You will be covering clients in a range of sectors who utilise bespoke and specialised calibrated equipment including weighing systems and leak detection modules.

Duties

• Travelling to customer sites daily to undertake your work (with the rare overnight stays).

• Calibrate, commission and repair on site weighing instrumentation and specialist process control systems

• Preparation of service call reports, calibration certificates etc

• Test and calibration of other measuring instruments.

Background

• HNC in electronics or mechanical (Desirable)

• Weighing or Instrumentation experience (Desirable)

• CCNSG passport to safety (Desirable)
