Extrusion Operator

Job Title: Extrusion Operator  

Location: Kidderminster 

Pay Range/details: £29,500 to £33,500 

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client are looking for a Extrusion Operator who will be responsible for operating, adjusting and maintaining extruders. 

Key Responsibilities –  Extrusion Operator

• Starting and stopping extrusion lines 
• Operating additional machinery as and when required 
• Support in the reduction of scrap 
• Improve yields 
• Maintain accurate stock levels by recording data 
• Support with 5's 
• Work to company and industry standards 

Qualifications & Requirements –  Extrusion Operator

• Able to set up and strip down an array of tooling on all Extrusion machines 
• Ability to identify problems as they arise in production and troubleshoot effectively
• Flexible approach to changing requirements 
• Follow company procedures 
• Capable of working to deadlines
• Ability to preform in a fast pace environment
