This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded and experienced Customer Service bias engineer that thrives in a busy environment.

You will work closely with customers and internal engineers to ensure that all technical aspects of projects align and are communicated to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

An appreciation for international customers and business in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.



  • Link the customer, application engineering and logistics departments to align project progression.

  • Handling quotations, complaints and questions via telephone or email.

  • To provide timely feedback to customers on applications.

  • Processing and follow-up orders, ensuring on time and correct delivery.

  • Working closely with production units within the company.

  • Manage customer data for specific allocated customers.


  • Technical/Engineering background

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of engineering principles, general machine shop practice and technical applications.

  • Able to read technical drawings

  • Customer service mindset

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on mentality
