Customer Support Coordinator required by leading Financial Services company, based near Cirencester. The successful Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for setting up of new suppliers on the company systems in line with company processes and responding to enquires.

Main Duties: Customer Support Coordinator

  • Responding to enquiries from customers and suppliers.
  • Issuing terms of business and set up of suppliers.
  • Carrying out compliance checks.
  • Managing changes to personal information.
  • Answering phone calls and emails and responding to enquiries.
  • Providing administration support as required.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Customer Support Coordinator

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role, ideally gained within a Financial Services environment.
  • Highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
