Duties

-Process all sales orders in accordance with current Work Instructions and guidelines on a daily basis and send out order acknowledgements within 24 working hours
-Raise Card, Key and Customised software forms ensuring information is correct and pass to the relevant department within 24 hours of receipt
-Raise Manufacturing orders for Cards, Keys, Customised Software and standard out-of-stock software
-Identify out-of-stock items and establish new despatch dates by use of pending purchase receipts or co ordination with Planning and Purchasing to establish dates and actively work to meeting the customer requested ship date
-Seek advice and guidance on any Non stock items or un-released part numbers from the Customer Relationship Manager
-Complete Concessions where required and ensure they are signed off by the relevant persons and the procedure is followed
-Provide Quotes and estimated delivery dates on request from Customers.
-Provide shipping information to the customer once order(s) despatched.

Experience/Qualifications

-IT Literate
-Customer Service Experience
