Customer Support Advisor required by well established and hugely successful manufacturing company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers and with the planning and engineering teams to ensure that orders go out on time.
- Processing customer orders and inputting these on the system.
- Responding to customer questions and queries.
- Monitoring order dates and stock levels and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A background within a similar role, ideally gained within a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
