Customer Service Administrator
Up to £23K
The client manufactures, supplies, installs and services specialist bathing, patient handling and lifting systems for the disabled and elderly. They have a 28 year track record as a market leader in our field, growing well and with ambition to continue the growth process.
The Customer Service Admin Support Team are responsible for providing best in class service to both our internal and external customers, this is a multifaceted role within the team, which facilitates several operations within the organisation from installation through to service and repair.
Main functions and responsibilities
Answering inbound calls in a timely manner, fielding calls and forwarding as appropriate.
Within reason, taking ownership of inbound queries and facilitating a resolution.
Arranging appointments with a range of clients, including private customers, builders and care homes.
Managing ‘count down’ to installation.
Management of Service Engineer documentation.
Respond to questions and requests for information.
Work closely with various colleagues/departments throughout the business.
Working within Customer Service KPI’s and SLA’s

High percentile of successful installations.
High percentile of first contact resolution.
