Our client are a manufacturer for the oil and gas industry and are seeking a customer service administrator to join their growing team in Stroud.
Role Brief – Customer Service Administrator
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear information to clients and getting regular updates from suppliers
Responsibilities – Customer Service Administrator
Inbound and Outbound calls to both clients and suppliers
Uploading of all relevant order documents to the system
Forwarding of all relevant information to clients to keep them updated
Experience/Qualifications – Customer Service Administrator
Excellent telephone manner
Proficient with Microsoft programs
Experience with account is advantageous
