Customer Service Administrator



Our client are a manufacturer for the oil and gas industry and are seeking a customer service administrator to join their growing team in Stroud.

Role Brief – Customer Service Administrator

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear information to clients and getting regular updates from suppliers

Responsibilities – Customer Service Administrator

  • Inbound and Outbound calls to both clients and suppliers

  • Uploading of all relevant order documents to the system

  • Forwarding of all relevant information to clients to keep them updated

Experience/Qualifications – Customer Service Administrator

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Proficient with Microsoft programs

  • Experience with account is advantageous
