Position: Customer Service Manager
Location: Solihull Business Parkway
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.5
Salary: £40000 to £50000
We are now seeking to recruit Customer Service Manager to manage busy customer fleet team and plan the most efficient compliance procedures to archive best customer satisfaction in line with SLA’s in a business. The appropriate candidate would have strong communication and organizational skills ideally with proven management experience, ideally in a fleet management organization
Engage the team daily, to ensure that they have all the communication they need to succeed in their role
Ensure the team understand the priorities, whilst regularly linking into the Customer Fleet Manager for ways to improve.
Ensure that the resource plans for the team are well organized, support peak trading periods and mitigate leave and absence.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Provide data insights and reporting to the Customer Operations Director as and when required
Provide a clear personal development plan for everyone in the team
Proven management experience, ideally in a Fleet Management organization
In-depth understanding of management procedures and departmental policies
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
