We are currently recruiting for a multinational BPO company (Contact Center), with over 190 locations spread across 55 countries. What we expect from you:
Assist customers through multiple channels (e-mail or telephone) in an interactive and user-friendly way;
Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services;
Suggesting information about products and services;
Process and respond to inquiries, respond in a timely manner and manage requests;
Contribute to creating a commitment to our customer.
We are looking for:
Fluent or Native (C1) in the Dutch Native + English C1/C2;
Taste for communication;
Proactive, results-oriented, motivated and taste for teamwork, in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Opening hours Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts;
