An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client. They are a successful and growing Engineering company that are offering a temporary position within their customer service team. They require a Customer Service Representative, to be responsible for multiple duties within an office environment.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who ideally have the following skills:

• Previous experience within an office environment and extensive customer service / customer relations experience would be advantageous.
• Ideally have knowledge and understanding of
• Ability to communicate with customers and suppliers on all levels, dealing effectively and efficiently with complains and customer queries.  
• Have experience working with internal teams and departments to ensure successful production is achieved for customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Undertake general office duties such as emailing, order tracking, telephone duties and others when required.
