Contract HR Advisor

We are recruiting for a HR Advisor for a leading manufacturer within their market. This assignment will be a 9-12 month  placement/contract.

9-12 month cointract maternoity cover assignment 

Monday - Friday (days based) Flexible start times 

Job Description:-

Our client, a multi-site category leader in FMCG Food Manufacturing, require immediate HR temporary/Interim support. As a site HR Advisor / Officer / Senior HR Administrator  for a minimum 3 month minimum contract

You will work with the site team to develop and deliver key HR objectives for the site.

The HR Advisor / Support Officer  provides support to the site management team in relation to all aspects of HR such as Resourcing, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Engagement, Reward and Recognition.

Accountable for the delivery of HR Support  within the relevant Area

Supports the Site Management team in the delivery of the site business plan

Plays a key role in delivering the site people plan

Designs and delivers training to all line managers to ensure they are fully equipped to enable them to manage disciplinary, grievance, appeals and performance management processes

Coach and support line managers in gaining maximum contribution

Confidently support Line Managers with colleague underperformance and/or capability issues effectively utilising the Performance Management approach.

Manages all administrative elements of colleague’s employment ensuring that these are delivered effectively and in a timely manner. In particular, high payroll accuracy is viewed as a key deliverable

Ensure that all training needs identified through Performance Enhancement Review are captured, addressed and delivered

KNOWLEDGE & SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS - iS THIS YOU?

CIPD qualified or working towards ideally

knowledge of employment law

Experience of managing disciplinary and grievance processes, up to and including dismissal

Desirable

Experience in a Logistics or manufacturing environment PREFERRED
