Role: Claims Assessor
Location: South Cerney, Cirencester
Claims Assessor required by prestigious client, based near Cirencester. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating health insurance claims accurately and efficiently. Also supporting with the payment process.
Acting as first point of contact for enquiries relating to claims.
Validating of supporting documentation.
Identifying potentially fraudulent information.
Liaising between different departments and keeping all parties updated.
Arranging appointments on behalf of claimants.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
A background within a similar role, gained within a health insurance or equivalent environment.
A working knowledge of the claims process.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload.
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, able to relate to people at all levels.
