Claims Assessor required by prestigious client, based near Cirencester. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating health insurance claims accurately and efficiently. Also supporting with the payment process.
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries relating to claims.
- Validating of supporting documentation.
- Calculating entitlement.
- Identifying potentially fraudulent information.
- Liaising between different departments and keeping all parties updated.
- Arranging appointments on behalf of claimants.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A background within a similar role, gained within a health insurance or equivalent environment.
- A working knowledge of the claims process.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to relate to people at all levels.
