Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Swindon

Pay Range/details: £50,000 - £55,000, OTE+£80,000

Contract Type: Permanent

 

Working alongside internal staff and top external partners we’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to join the growing Commercial team.

A key focus will be generating new business across the UK and developing existing business wherever possible. A key role in ensuring the Sales Plan is realised and measurable growth is achieved swiftly, through the application of an effective sales strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities – Business Development Manager:

  • Identifying new sales leads in accordance with the Sales Plan.

  • Managing individual sales pipeline.

  • Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.

  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events promoting the brand and expanding

  • Identifying needs and informing clients about new developments in the company’s services and developing proposals

  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.

  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to identify strategic targets and pursue them.

  • Provide monthly forecasting reports and sales results for internal presentation.

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

 

Qualifications & Requirements – Project Manager:

  • Communication

  • Self-motivation and team motivation

  • Experience of working in project management with a ICP, DNO or equivalent

  • Self -starter who can work autonomously

 

What we can offer – Project Manager:

  • Hybrid role with approximately 2 days per fortnight in the office

  • Permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week

  • Car allowance of up to £3,600 pro rata per year with the option to opt for an EV company vehicle

  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

  • 5% employer pension contribution

  • Covered under our Life Assurance scheme for up to 4x your salary
