Position: Application Development Engineer                      

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Job Type: Permanent

The company provides nanoscale imaging products to some of the world’s leading companies in the semiconductor industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

The role is fundamental within the R&D team. Main focus is to support the development of the company’s key technologies specifically microscopy. Working on-site as well as customer sites. This will include support customers, solving any problems and developing methods around the microscopy technology.  

Experience or Qualifications:    

• Experienced with Probe Microscopy (specifically AFM – Atomic Force Microscopy techniques).
• Worked within a similar role and ability to travel to customer sites as well as Globally.
• Experience within a similar position involving troubleshooting, running tests, testing a validate product performance and support customer data and applications projects.
