My client are looking for a contract Admin assistant who has some experience within manufacturing or engineering companies.

 

The role is a long term contract until November 2021.

 

Main duties:

Receive and acknowledge all new orders and enquiries.

Co-ordinate the necessary contract review tasks to acknowledge order within agreed timescales.

Enter relevant data into Progress (MRP) and OfficeNet CRM) and keep updated.

Compile contract documentation. 

Liaise with the client as required to keep them updated of project status.

Be commercially aware of your actions and always act in AERL’s best interests.

Filing electronic and hard copy documents.

Review and agree personal development objectives annually with your line manager.
