Due to an exceptionally busy period, my client is now seeking an Accounts Assistant on a Contract basis for a minimum period of 5 months.
You will be heavily involved in the Accounts payable process.
- Ensure that the Accounts Payables Ledgers are maintained
- Ensure that all vendor invoices are correctly matched against receipts of Purchase Orders
- Ensure that all non-purchase order invoices are correctly coded
- Ensure that all vendor payments are made on time.
- Assist the Accounts Payable Team Leader as required on ad-hoc work
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Computer literacy
- ERP knowledge
