Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, learning about their business, and working closely with them to understand their requirements. You will liaise between customers and other departments within the company to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities –Account Manager

  • Generate sales orders for your assigned portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Manage incoming enquiries and resolve any issues with customers
  • Sourcing quotes for raw materials from our global stockists, preparation of costing schedules and estimated lead times for submission to estimating department
  • Deliver comprehensive sales proposal to client 
  • Securing orders and processing accordingly
  • Expedite orders to ensure manufacturing runs smoothly and goods are shipped on schedule
  • Dealing with customer feedback, taking any appropriate action that might be required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client base to facilitate business growth and opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements –Account Manager

•    Proven track record in sales and account management
•    Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in a technical  environment
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Professional, positive, and confident telephone manner
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
•    IT literacy in particular MS Office
