Wiktoria has worked for Omega Resource Group since June 2018 after moving from the red shift within the warehouse. Her Omega journey started in October 2017 proving to be reliable and keen for overtime. From there she was utilised as a morning checker to aid in out of hour administration to help the on-site team.
Her knowledge of Laithwaite’s warehouse operation is a real asset to the team and site as a whole. Her role consists of the day-to-day management of the warehouse temporary workforce. This includes daily planning, contingency planning, holiday management and general recruitment duties.
