Account Coordinator
Michaela joined Omega in November 2021 on a fixed-term contract, as an OnSite Account Coordinator where she supports one of our busiest clients by managing their staffing needs within their Call Centre. She covers a range of responsibilities such as payroll, recruitment, people management and much more! She settled into her role and the team so well, that she was offered a permanent contract in early 2022. She has since strived to develop her role further, learning other areas of the contract such as Warehousing, and supporting her team members in their day-to-day.
In her spare time, Michaela enjoys baking, spending time with friends and relaxing with a nice glass of wine!
