Lisa has always provided a bespoke recruitment solution to build high-performing teams, within Commercial, Residential and Civils construction markets across North America. Coming from a high level customer service background within the recruitment market, Lisa was a natural choice to join the team here at Omega. Offering an honest, no-faff and streamlined recruitment process to both our candidates and customers alike Lisa has a genuine passion to ensure that we provide the best solution for both.

​Outside of work Lisa is an adrenaline junkie, completing both a 16,500ft skydive and a 134m bungy jump in New Zealand. Proud owner of their Rottweiler pup, Thor, Lisa can often be found in the pub garden or walking around the lovely Cotswolds. If the weather isn't the best, which we know if often in the UK, Lisa enjoys open-world story games on the PS5.
