John Dempsey

Regional Manager


John has worked for Omega Resource Group since 2010 on various contracts/ recruitment models. He began his career at Omega’s head office servicing industrial clients in a 360 role progressing from an administrator to a Recruitment Consultant. In 2013 John moved into the managed services division working on site with a flagship client and eventually assisting in relocating with them to their purpose built distribution centre in Burton-on-Trent. After 2 ½ years of managing up to 600 operatives at peak he returned to the Gloucestershire area to become the Laithwaite’s Wine Account Manager. Here he oversaw a cross over of divisions with on-site management of a commercial call centre contract and an industrial warehouse contract through a number of successful peaks.

Currently John is one of the Regional Managers Omega specialising in large Managed Service Programmes. He has implemented, delivered and managed high volume contracts whilst cultivating the core Omega culture utilising his strengths of integrating the client’s DNA and embedding into our own. Most recently John has been developing his key client partnerships to continually improve the recruitment framework. John oversees the internal recruitment strategies and build bespoke reporting MI to achieve agreed KPI requirements providing operational assistance across a number of automotive, customer service, engineering, food and logistics businesses.
