Catarina Marquez

​After finishing my degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures, with a specialization in Spanish English, I decided to embark on an adventure in an unknown country. I moved to Switzerland with the goal of getting to know different cultures, lifestyles, and ways of thinking. I worked for two years in undifferentiated jobs, accumulating experiences and learning that enriched me personally and professionally. After returning to Portugal, I decided to enroll in a master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management. In the beginning of 2022, the opportunity arose at Omega. This has been a challenging and very rewarding project that allowed me to enter the specialized recruitment market. I believe this is the ideal position to grow me and continue to develop my skills. 

Since joining Omega Catarina has played a key role in identifying and attracting talent, she is without a doubt a small Rock Star in development.

​Após terminar a minha Licenciatura em Línguas, Literaturas e Culturas, com especialização em inglês espanhol, decidi embarcar numa aventura num país desconhecido. Mudei-me para a Suíça com o objetivo de conhecer diferentes culturas, estilos de vida e formas de pensar. Trabalhei durante dois anos em trabalhos indiferenciados, acumulando experiências e aprendizagens que me enriqueceram a nível pessoal e profissional. Regressada a Portugal, decidi ingressar num mestrado em Gestão Estratégica de Recursos Humanos. No início de 2022, surgiu a oportunidade na Omega. Este tem sido um projeto desafiador e muito gratificante que me permitiu ingressar no mercado do recrutamento especializado. Acredito que esta é a posição ideal para me fazer crescer e continuar a desenvolver as minhas competências.  

Desde que se juntou à Omega a Catarina tem tido um papel fundamental no identificação e atração de talento, é sem dúvida uma pequena Rock Star em desenvolvimento.
