Carys Pegrum

​Carys has worked for Omega Resource Group since 2016 after taking a secondment role from the Laithwaite’s Call Centre. This was initially to help plan and execute an excellent peak performance. Following on from that success she joined the team on a full term basis overseeing the Call Centre temporary workforce. This path led to Carys diversifying into recruitment support at Omega’s head office where she continues to specialise in Onsite models, supporting all of our Onsite teams in their day to day roles, ensuring maximum efficiency throughout as well as assisting up to 50 full time recruiters.

Another primary focus in her role is marketing where she manages our social media platforms, helps to enhance our company brand and assists with candidate attraction.

In her spare time Carys enjoys long distance walking, socialising with friends and all things relating to art and creativity.
