Ashton Goddard

Having started his career within recruitment quite recently, Ashton has covered various roles within his hometown of Swindon, these years of experience have allowed him to understand the manufacturing and engineering processes thoroughly. Now finding his real passion within the recruitment industry Ashton saw the presence that Omega had in the marketplace so made the transition to join the team.

‘My focus at Omega is continuing to grow my career as a recruiter. I am looking forward to creating strong and effective relationships with new customers and candidates within the industry’.

Outside of work Ashton enjoys watching and playing sports, mainly golf now after finishing his somewhat anticlimactic football career (his own words not ours 😊).
