​Due to recent expansion, our client Adey Innovation, a manufacturer of bespoke magnetic filters and chemicals designed to put an end to corrosion and magnetite has opened it’s doors to a newly purpose built facility. The customer required temporary ongoing labour to support their growth plan and so engaged Omega as their recruitment partner.

What Omega presented and fulfilled
Omega put a recruitment process in place for Adey with a view to screen all candidates face to face prior to employment to ensure their suitability and conduct all compliance and right to work checks. Working in partnership with Adey, Omega provided a flexible workforce to support their rapid increase in orders. Omega has provided a dedicated on site team managed by Larisa Ostrovschi in order to successfully manage their requirements.
