Welcome to the dedicated Rifles section of Omega Resource Group’s website, a specific area designed by Riflemen for Riflemen. 

The Rifles are being supported by Omega Resource Group Ltd, a recruitment business, to help all Riflemen in the face of the civilian job market.  The Omega project complements and builds on the service offered by the MOD's Career Transition Partnership.  The project's aim is to ensure Riflemen have the best possible chance of securing employment when they leave the Army.  The project combines the knowledge and expertise of a market leading recruitment company with the strengths of the regimental system.

CV workshops, networking, support and a wide range of jobs: just some of the services on offer.

All you need to do to access these services is to register: complete the boxes and drop down menus and click 'Register'. 

If you have a CV you can upload it by attaching it to the registration form.  If you don't have a CV, don't worry, you can still register. 

Once registered one of the team will be in touch and you will receive the Candidate newsletter, which provides information about the project as well as details of JobSearch workshops and current jobs.
